Zippo Flint Stone Replacement Tips

• Hold the lighter firmly and pull the insert out.
• Turn the insert upside down.
• Find the flint spring screw at the bottom.
• Use a coin or screwdriver to loosen it.
• Remove the old or stuck flint.
• Drop a new Zippo flint into the tube.
• Put the spring back and tighten gently.
• Slide the insert into the case.
• Spin the wheel to check the spark.
• Your Zippo should now be ready to use.
